Shipping

Unless otherwise stated, please allow a minimum of 8 to 10 weeks for me to create your custom Ceramic Confection. Some pieces may take longer and at the time of ordering I will make you aware of the timeline.



All of my pieces are shipped FedEx Ground FOB Riverside, CA. Because Ceramic Confections are fragile and have to be packed and handled carefully, I have found through the years that FedEx works the best for me. If you would prefer another shipper or would like to make other arrangements, please contact me.



Damaged shipments must be reported with in 48 hours of receipt. Please keep all packing materials so a claim can be filed.

I only ship internationally through My American Shipper. It is a great free service where my international customers can get a U.S. address for me to ship to, then My American Shipper repackages your Ceramic Confections for it international travel and prepares all the proper paperwork.
